Who processes the data

What data we collect

From the enquiry forms: name, company, phone, email, sector, number of workers needed, number of employees in the company and the text of the message.
Technical data: IP address and visit data collected through analytics and advertising cookies, where you have given consent.

What we use it for

to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer;
to conclude and perform a service contract;
to comply with legal obligations;
for statistics and to improve the website and our advertising — with consent only.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent, of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, of legal obligations and of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries — in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How long we keep it

Data from an enquiry that did not lead to a contract is kept for up to 2 years from the last contact. Documents under concluded contracts are kept for the periods required by law.

Who has access to it

Only our staff handling the enquiry and the hosting and email providers working on our behalf. Where the procedure requires it, we provide data to state institutions — for example the Migration Directorate and the Employment Agency. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at catch@thewave.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.
